Q: How long does the process take?
A: Tribe&Kind works with your timeline and budget to create the best possible experience that supports your vision. Once we have our Discovery Call, Tribe&Kind will put together a proposal and timeline for your review. We also perform an assessment midway through the process and can then update timing and additional resourcing, if needed.
Q: What do some of your custom experiences look like, and how how long are they typically?
A: Tribe&Kind works with you and your budget to curate the best possible experience and/or activity to support your vision. We believe in utilizing many different resources and/or speakers that fully communicate the theme, journey, and goals you seek. Given the founder’s background in Systemic Coaching and her work with EGE (Equine Guided Education), Tribe&Kind is confident that we can create an experience that will challenge and inspire you—and your team—in the greatest ways.
Q. What is EGE and how can it help empower me personally and professionally?
A: Equine Guided Education, or EGE, encourages growth and learning by pairing humans with horses and allowing the magic to unfold. Horses have the innate ability to reconnect us to our greater life purpose on both a personal and professional level. EGE integrates horse activities, process-based kinesthetic learning, and cognitive insight to help you develop self-responsibility, a healthy self-image, and better communication skills.

A: Tribe&Kind provides several customized levels of service. After we have our discovery call and determine we’re a good fit, we’ll work hand in hand to help you define your journey and stay on course.

Q. How many sessions does it take to see a change in my life?
A: We typically start out with five sessions via online conferencing and check-ins via email during the week. We are big believers that in order to harness change in our lives, daily practice is key—as well as a roadmap for creating a new life.
